Sage Care has been established for over 12 years and runs ten homes across Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Elderly Mental Disabled, Elderly Mental Incapacitated and other categories.

Our homes are mainly based in Lancashire as well as South Yorkshire, London and Kent areas.

We strive to deliver care according to the needs of our service users in a caring and homely environment.
