About Us

Hazeldene Care Home extends a warm welcome to all. At our home, we cater for both Residential/Respite clients and clients with Dementia. Both sets of clients live in separate units of the home.

We aim to provide a warm, friendly, homely environment providing individually tailored care. We endeavor to always work with our clients, not for them.

At Hazeldene we pride ourselves on our food, placing great emphasis on quality and variety. We provide an excellent choice of daily menu, with special diets being catered for.

Residents can either dine in the spacious dining room, with waitress service, in one of the quieter dining rooms or in the privacy and comfort of their own room.

We have beautiful lawned areas to the front of the home, which are accessible to all and a secure garden for people with Dementia to wander in, keeping them safe whilst enjoying walking in the garden.
