At Jasmin Court, we encourage all of our resident's from day one to feel at home, assisting people to personalise their own rooms to their choice and comfort.

We respect and promote our residents lifestyle choices and encourage them to maintain their hobbies as well as community and family links. Visitors are always made welcome and residents are assisted to leave the home to visit family or friends, or for a day out.

We provide person centred care, within a clean safe friendly environment, with qualified nurses and care assistants on duty 24 hours a day. The home has three lounges where residents are welcome to socialise and join in with activities which are organised daily.

The home also has a secure accessible pleasant garden and outside space, which is enjoyed by our residents through out the summer months.

All our meals are freshly cooked on the premises by our own catering team, who provide well balanced and a wide range of enjoyable meals, straight from the kitchen to the table. All nutritional needs and preferences can be met. Warm and cold drinks as well as snacks are available on request through out the day and night.

We always welcome and encourage potential residents and their families to come and meet us, to spend time within our home, sample what we have to offer and assist them in making choices for their future care needs. We look forward to meeting you.
