We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team within our 6 care homes. We strive to provide our residents with the best possible care, and we believe that starts with our staff.
Registered Nurse – As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to our residents. You will work closely with our care assistants and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. Activities Coordinator – As an activities coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and organizing a variety of activities for our residents, including games, crafts, and outings. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. We invite speculative applications for this roles to any of our care homes.
Housekeeper – As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our care home is clean and tidy at all times. You will be responsible for cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and ensuring that laundry is done in a timely manner. We invite speculative applications for this roles to any of our care homes.
Full Time Care Staff
Working closely with all our clients, we’ll compile bespoke care plans for each that are based on specific requirements and budget. We then hold regular reviews to ensure all clients are receiving the care they expect, need and deserve.
From the outset, we’ll consult with prospective clients, their family, and any relevant medical professionals to determine an inclusive and comprehensive care plan. Taking each client’s circumstances into careful consideration, Sagecare will produce a collective care plan that helps insure client’s requirements are cared for with compassion and dignity.
